VIDA Carts is based in Mount Pleasant, SC. We have two storage locations, with our primary location across from Boone Hall on North Highway 17. If you see the carts out front, feel free to stop by.

VIDA does not operate a traditional retail showroom. That helps keep overhead low and pricing competitive. Carts can be seen by appointment, and we also offer mobile showings when available. If you are local and see the carts roadside, feel free to stop in.

Of course. VIDA offers appointment-based showings and mobile showings when available, so you may be able to see the cart in your own driveway and test drive it in your own neighborhood.

There are plenty of good cart dealers in the Lowcountry, but VIDA is built differently. We keep overhead low, pricing simple, and every cart loaded with premium features from the start. You get clear pricing, direct communication with the owner, free local delivery, and mobile showings when available, so you can test drive the cart in your own neighborhood.

Not at this time. VIDA's goal is to keep pricing simple and overhead low so customers get the best possible value on the cart itself. We are exploring financing options, but only if we can find the right lending partner without adding unnecessary cost or markup for customers.

Absolutely. VIDA Carts proudly offers discounts for active duty military and military veterans. Unless a specific promotion says otherwise, active duty military and military veterans receive $500 off regularly priced carts or $250 off carts that are already discounted. Thank you for your service.

Maybe. VIDA may consider trades depending on the cart, condition, and current inventory needs. It is not an automatic yes or no, but it is something we can discuss.

Yes. If a cart is available, contact us and we can discuss holding it for you. If someone else is interested in that same cart, you will get first right of refusal. A deposit is required to truly lock down your cart.

VIDA carts are built to come well-equipped from the start. Standard features include lithium power, comfortable seating, seatbelts, lights, mirrors, storage, media system, upgraded wheels and tires, and a color-matched roof.

VIDA carts use premium LiFePO4 lithium batteries, a high-quality battery chemistry known for long life, stable performance, and low maintenance. Compared with traditional lead-acid batteries, LiFePO4 batteries are lighter, charge more efficiently, deliver more consistent power, and do not require watering or acid maintenance.

It's a fair question, because not all lithium batteries are the same. VIDA carts use LiFePO4 lithium batteries, known for strong thermal and chemical stability. VIDA carts also use an onboard charger that intelligently monitors charging, with an onboard fan and automatic cutoff to help manage the charging process properly. Like any battery-powered vehicle, the cart should still be used and charged responsibly.

Range depends on driving style, terrain, passenger load, tire pressure, and other conditions. VIDA can provide current battery details and help set realistic expectations based on how you plan to use the cart. The 72V 120AH battery gives you the freedom to travel further.

Charging time depends on battery level and charger setup. Most owners charge as needed between uses, similar to plugging in other electric equipment. Significant battery depletion could result in charging upwards of 8-10 hours.

Yes. VIDA carts include 2-point seatbelts for both front and rear passengers. South Carolina requires children under 12 to wear a seat belt when a golf cart is being driven on public streets and highways.

Yes. VIDA carts include low and high-beam headlights, parking lamps, LED side mirrors with turn signals, tail/brake lights, and hazard blinkers.

No. VIDA carts are premium electric carts, not Low Speed Vehicles. An LSV is a specific legal classification that comes with additional title, registration, insurance, and regulatory requirements. VIDA focuses on offering a loaded, easy-to-own electric cart without adding unnecessary complexity or cost for customers who mainly want neighborhood, community, and lifestyle use.
